Yumminess beyond measure tonight. We picked up two bags of mussels at Whole Paycheck (I mean, Whole Foods Market) this afternoon and John cooked them up in some white wine sauce. I prepared a scrumptious baguette drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper, broiled and then topped with Parmesan shavings...same one we had at Easter. Cold beer, salad, being all together at the end of the day in our cozy kitchen. Delish.
